Guarantee
- Under Plan II, we are responsible for late tax payment penalties and late tax filing penalties (if any).
- Under Plan I, we guarantee the accuracy of the payroll calculations, the accuracy of tax calculation and the accuracy of the forms provided, however, client needs to monitor the system to make sure that taxes
are all fully paid and tax returns are fully filed.
- Under Plan I, customer needs to adhere to Plan I Client Responsibilities.
Customer Support
- Free Setup.
- Free Setup of Year to Date amounts from your old payroll company.
- Response to any inquiries from IRS or State included in service.
Minimum Recurring Fee
- If you pay only once
a month, a $15 per month + $35 quarterly minimum fee applies.
- If you have no
payroll in a month, the $15 minimum fee per month + $35 quarterly fee will still apply until service is cancelled.
- This minimum fee is reduced to $10 per month + $35 quarterly fee if you only have 1
employee.
Additional Fees
- W2/ W3 Efiling Fee:
- Up to 3 employees: $10 per year fixed fee for W2 / W3 Efiling
- 4 or more employees: $10 per year fixed plus $3 per W2 after 4th employee.
- 1099-Misc Efiling (Optional): $35 per year for unlimited contractors, or $20 for up to 3 contractors.
- Multi-State Filing: Additional $10 / Month per each additional State

- Employer with more than 10 employees must pay via credit card or direct debit, can not use Paypal.
- $100 NSF charge if non-sufficient funds exist and are unable to pay taxes or direct deposit once payroll is approved (you need to have funds in your account before you hit the approve botton).
- Amended Returns (if needed): $25 / return.
