Minimum Fee
- If you pay only once
a month, a $15 per month + $35 quarterly minimum fee applies.
- If you have no
payroll in a month, the $15 minimum fee per month will still apply.
- This minimum fee is reduced to $10 per month if you only have 1
employee.
Additional Possible Fees
- Additional $10 / Month if filing in 2 or more States

- Employer with more than 10 employees must pay via credit card or direct debit, can not use Paypal
- $100 NSF charge if non-sufficient funds exist and are unable to pay taxes or direct deposit once payroll is approved
