• Under Plan I, we guarantee the accuracy of the payroll calculations, the accuracy of tax calculation and the accuracy of the forms provided, however, client must go to compliance, tax payments screen after each time payroll is approved and make sure the payment method says EFT. If the payment method is not EFT, the taxes will not be paid electronically and client must contact support via support@10dollarpayroll.com and inform that the tax is not being paid electronically. This would happen usually if the client approves the payroll after 5pm Pacific Time and if so, client should put the check date as the next business day in order for the system to pay the taxes electronically.
• Under Plan I, customer needs to adhere to Plan I Client responsibilities

• Free Setup of Year to Date amounts from your old payroll company (Up to 5 employees)
• Response to any inquiries from IRS or State included in service.

• This is a subscription based service and fees will continue to be incurred until you notify us in writing that you want to cancel. You may cancel service at anytime but you need to send an email to support@10dollarpayroll.com asking for cancellation of service.

• W2/ W3 Efiling Fee: $10 for each W2 charged at year end
• 1099 processing fixed at $45 for up to 3 contractors or $80 for unlimited number of contractors.
• Multi-State Filing: Additional $10 / Month per each additional State

• $150 NSF charge if non-sufficient funds exist and are unable to pay taxes or direct deposit once payroll is approved (you need to have funds in your account before you hit the approve botton).
• Amended Returns (if needed): $50 / return. (if amendment is requested by client)
• Pay as You Go Workers Comp: $10/ Month + $58 Annual Fee

Below is a summary of the quarterly equivalent fees under the new pricing effective in February of 2024. Locate your frequency and number of employees to find the new rate which will be charged to your account.

• 1 employee Any Frequency $130/ Quarter + $10 W2 fee for each W2 at year end
• 2 to 5 employees paid Monthly $130/ Quarter + $10 W2 fee for each W2 at year end
• 2 to 5 employees paid Semi-Monthly $160/ Quarter + $10 W2 fee for each W2 at year end
• 2 to 5 employees paid Semi-Weekly $165/ Quarter + $10 W2 fee for each W2 at year end
• 2 to 5 employees paid Weekly $230/ Quarter + $10 W2 fee for each W2 at year end
• Over 5 employees: $1.50 per check for each employee over 5.

Plan II Fee if we run the payroll for you (If any): $5 per check.
