RECURRING MONTHLY FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our service is a subscription based service. Charges will accrue every month even if client does not run payroll. You must cancel service if you wish to stop recurring charges. Send a email to cancel service. If you are a seasonal employer, you need to make a decision as to either cancelling the service or to put yourself on an "active but dormant" usage plan. Under an Active but Dormant usage plan, we will continue to prepare zero tax forms and year end W2's. however there is a monthly recurring fee of $10 for any active dormant usage account as we get charged ourselves for keeping an account active. If you want to be on an active dormant usage plan, please contact us at 800-725-3494. If you cancel service and later decide to run payroll again with us, then you would need to reapply for all forms and you need to reenter any year to date totals as prior information will not be reflected in the new account. If you cancel service and wish that we prepare W2's and year end tax forms at year end, there is a fee of $20 for reactivation and year end forms.
PRICING
To find the price for your company, please find the plan below that matches the number of employees you have and the number of times you run payroll in a month. Below pricing reflects a 3% surcharge for Paypal fees charged to us. If you wish to save the 3% surcharge, then please contact us at 800-725-3494 and ask to be billed on a recurring basis through Direct Deposit (Direct Debit) from your bank account.

Frequency: 1 / Month
Fee: Free for the first 30 day, then $27.47/month ($15 minimum per month * 3 months + $35) / 3 * 1.03
Employees: 2 to 10 employees
Frequency: Semi-Monthly (Two times a month)
Fee: Free for the first 30 days, then $32.62/month ($10 * 2= $20 * 3 months + $35) / 3 * 1.03
Employees: 2 to 10 employees
Frequency: Semi-Weekly (every 2 weeks)
Fee: Free for the first 30 days, then $34.33/month (26 weeks in a year * 10 / 4 quarters + $35) / 3 * 1.03

Fee: Free for the first 30 days, then $54.65/month (52 weeks in a year / 4 quarters + $35)
Employees: 11 to 50 employees
