FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

Q:  IF WE JOIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE YEAR OR A QUARTER, HOW DO WE SETUP YEAR TO DATE (YTD) EMPLOYEE INFORMATION:

A: If you have 5 or fewer employees, we will then setup your Year to Date employee information for you for FREE.  If you have more than 5 employees, we will either direct you to the Year-To-Date Employee information screen where you can enter the Year to Date employee information, or we will gladly enter it for you for a fee of $1.60 per employee (for any employee after 5 employees).

 

Q:  ARE YOUR FEES REALLY ONLY $10 PER EMPLOYEE PROCESSED, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES I HAVE?

A: Yes.  You would have to enter the payroll information and we will do all the rest (calculation of payroll, payroll tax deposits, Quarterly and Annual Payroll Tax forms) for only $10 per payroll process plus $35 quarterly fee; you would then have to print the checks or write manual paychecks checks from the information processed.  However, If you only pay once a month, there is a minimum fee of $15 per month.  Also, if you want to have us print and deliver the checks to your office (as does ADP (R)  or Paychecks (R), there is an extra fee of $1.60 per paycheck printed plus a minimal delivery charge at our cost.
