Our service is a subscription based service. Charges will accrue every month whether or not you run payroll or not.

You MUST cancel service if you wish to stop recurring charges. To cancel, email us AND call 800-725-3494. All notices to cancel must be emailed to us. Please keep a copy of the email for your records.
You must also cancel your Paypal subscription yourself. You can cancel your Paypal susbscription by logging in to your paypal account and cancel the subscription.
